Sedan gamla tider har våra partnertruckar i sin matlagning använt vad landet, sjöar, floder, skogar och berg tillhandahåller. När jordbruksbosättarna kom, integrerades deras grödor och tamburiner i områdets råvaruförsörjning och under århundradena har det bästa av båda köken resulterat i en del av vår regions hemlagning.
 

På samtliga breddgrader, erbjuder naturen ett rikt skafferi med fantastiska ingredienser och vi vill verkligen dra nytta av detta och kunna erbjuda dig som vår gäst.
I våra partners kök bearbetas världens ingredienser till välsmakande rätter.
Våran Vinkällare lagrar de viner som bäst gifter sig med smakerna på menyn.

 

Som vår gäst ser vi fram emot att guida dig på en minnesvärd smakresa i världen som skafferi. Vi vet att ingenting strider mot samhället om en väl förberedd måltid.

The "quay" blends work environment with a food and cultural experience that will be put on the map.

Kajen - ''The quay" contains a stage for performance, restaurant, workplaces, conference facilities and hotels. 

This program will provide an overall experience for: conference attendees, hotel accommodation and restaurant guests.

Visitors take a cup of coffee at the coffee-brewer and afterwork at the beer-brewery after working for a few hours at the workplaces that Kajen - "The quay" offers.It is possible to rent electric boats and kayaks, or just use a nice hang on the dock.
